Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day trial period.
Prepare the Instrument
Carefully clean the instrument and pack it securely in its original hard case and shipping carton, ensuring all accessories and mouthpieces are included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a tracked and insured carrier to our designated regional warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument is in its original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your chosen exchange instrument within 5-7 business days.
